A silver knot ring set with a pinky white sapphire. I have drawn a flying stick figure moving towards the spiral knot before the stone - whirlwind? There is a textural pinched and flattened section where the hallmark has been applied and around the stone.
Approximate UK size V/ US size 10.75 - though it is hard to measure due to the inside not being round and it not fitting any of my fingers.
