- Commission a piece of jewellery -

If you would like to commission a piece of jewellery please answer the following questions and send me your answers via email. Once I have this information I can give you an idea of price and timescale (starting at £275 for simple silver pieces).

On accepting your commission I take a deposit and the rest when it is finished and ready to post.

My email is wilhelmina_h@hotmail.co.uk

The full process is detailed in my notebook below —>

- Questions -

  • What would you like to commission? A ring, bracelet, necklace, earrings or something else - if it is something unlike anything you can see on my page then an idea of your budget would be really helpful for me to suggest possibilities.

  • For rings please send your finger size- please use a sizer or visit a jeweller. [see chart on sizing page]

  • For rings: which shape would you like? D shape or circular. If you’d like something else please send ideas and I am happy to make suggestions.

  • What would you like engraved? Send me your ideas as drawings, words, photos etc. [ I will not work from jewellery/ drawings of other living artists without their permission.]

  • Would you like to add any stones? I can include lab or natural sapphires, spinel or rubies in many colours.

  • Do you have a deadline? The standard turn around is 6-8 weeks. If you need your piece quicker then I can prioritise making it where possible. There will be a small additional charge for the 24hr hallmarking and priority making(est. 4-6wks).

  • How would you prefer to be contacted? Instagram/email/whatsapp.

  • Send me 5 pieces that I have made before that you like so I have these in mind.

  • If you’re London based and want to come to have your finger sized in my studio (SE5) then let me know - I book 15 minute slots.

  • Finally, where are you based for shipping purposes.

Thank you,

Willa xx
