Shipping

All orders are posted daily from Monday to Friday via either Royal Mail or DHL. Please leave your phone number and email for tracking updates.

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Please note that import taxes are not included and you may be subject to them for any orders outside of the UK.

Hilfreich Jewellery is not financially responsible for any items lost by any shipping companies but we will endeavour to help locate your piece where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on any commission pieces as each piece is made to the customer's specification on size and design.

Non-commission items can be exchanged or refunded if unworn. If you want to exchange your unworn pieces please get in touch within 30 days of purchase. We can then organise an exchange or send you credit for our site. As a small business we would prefer not to refund them them unless they are faulty so please check your finger size in advance of buying anything to avoid issues with sizing.
