This piece was engraved en plein air in the park directly from the plants in front of me on a hot day so the hard wax was slightly softened and the surface was big enough that I could draw without my usual magnified glass set up!
The drawing is of a spent giant dandelion clock. It is said that if you blow on a dandelion that you can make a wish.
