Land and sea, made in collaboration with On the Nature of Things, is a small collection of 14 necklaces.

A shirtless man with long dark hair wears multiple layered pearl necklaces and has closed eyes, standing in front of a curtain.
Multiple strands of jewelry, including white and brown beaded necklaces, with silver clasps and charms, arranged on a flat surface.

For each of the 14 unique necklaces, I sculpted and cast silver pendants looking to nature for inspiration and Elisabeth (OTNOT) threaded them with semi precious beads - either pearl on glass.

The start point of this collaboration was Iris Murdoch’s book The Sea the Sea which has some incredible descriptive passages and our from which researched tangentially.

A silver purse with pink handles, a pearl necklace draped over it, and a string of white beads and a silver chain on top of the purse.
Open notebook with swatch of fabric attached on the left page and handwritten notes and color swatch on the right page, held by a person wearing beige clothing.

We collaboratied with Daisy Gray to make the naturally dyed and sewn pouches.
